About the artist
Amy Aksionova
Amy's love of nature photography began as a teenager, chasing Minnesota sunsets and unusual clouds across the sky. What started as a hobby became a way of seeing — noticing the everyday wonders of creation that are “hidden in plain view,” and capturing them before they pass.
Her husband lends his technical and moral support along the way, even contributing flowers from their own garden to some of her photographs.
Rejoice, My Soul
The 2026 calendar centers on rejoicing — a word found more than 250 times in Scripture — paired with photography that points to the wonder found in creation, month by month.
